QUARTERLY
CPE EXAMS
Earn CPE credit by
reading your favorite accounting journal and completing our quarterly workbook/exam.
Quarterly CPE Exams let you focus on articles from the: Journal of Accountancy. You may use Quarterly CPE Exams for
any of the prior eight quarters. Courses must be completed within two years of the end of the quarter covered.
HOW IT WORKS:
After reading three monthly
issues of the journal and quarter of your choice, you complete our STudy Packet and Exam
consisting of 50 original questions keyed to specific articles. You then scan, mail or fax the exam
to AEA for grading. With a passing score, you'll receive an AEA Certificate of Completion
stating that you've earned 7 hours of recommended CPE..
You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, or check.
OBJECTIVE:
Renew and update your
knowledge and skills. Completing AEA's exams will force you to actively engage in applying
the newest ideas presented in our profession's leading journal as well as our course materials. These courses provide a formal
learning experience through which you will gain valuable new perspectives.
COURSE SPONSOR:
AEA has offered Quarterly CPE Exams on the Journal of Accountancy continuously since 1982. AEA is an independent company not affiliated with the AICPA.
DISCOUNTED PRICES:
Prices range from $30 to
$39 depending on the number of Exams you submit. Several people may combine
their orders to qualify for even better discount pricing.

RECOMMENDED CPE
CREDIT:
The recommeded CPE credit for each Quarterly CPE Exam is seven (7) hours which is one half the estimated average completion time of fourteen (14) hours. CPAs reporting to some state boards (e.g., Arizona, Georgia, Kentucky, and Ohio) may CPE credit of 100% of estimated completion time (14 hours). Please check with your state board for further guidance.
AEA
has sponsor agreements with the following state boards: Alabama,
Hawaii,
Illinois (158-242), Indiana (CE92-000242), Kentucky, Ohio (CPE.20), Pennsylvania (PX000005L), and Texas
(000211). AEA's courses are also accepted by many state accountancy boards, but
we do not have a sponsor agreement with NASBA or QAS. Some state boards limit the CPE credit from Quarterly CPE Exams
